Sharing Dharma

4th Sunday of every month 9 to 11 am   Reading prayers the first hour and sharing dharma the second hour.

After the first hour, Lama invites us to share our dharma experiences as parents, professionals and students studying the Buddha’s teachings.

4th Saturday of every month  – 11 am to Noon – Tibetan Lu Jong Yoga Class*

Tibetan Lu Jong yoga is the ancient study and practice for developing a healthy body mind and spirit. Cultivated in Tibetan Buddhist monasteries for centuries, the techniques of this sacred yoga serve to uncover and realize the ultimate potential of both the physical and mental aspects of ourselves.
