Sunday mornings teachings are ongoing and consist of one hour of Buddhist meditation practice followed by an hour of dharma talk.

Online and in-person at the NEW TMC Santa Cruz location

You are welcome to join for either hour or for both

Due to the capacity of the land, registration is required if you plan to join in person. Space will remain open until filled. Once you register detailed information will be sent to you such as location and information on carpool options. The Sunday meditation and teaching will also be live streamed if you cannot make it in person.
